I'm a girl who grew up playing Nintendo games. MY favourite game of all time is Super Mario 64. I still find it amazing how when you're a kid, people will call you a nerd for gaming, but once you become a teenager, it's automatically hot.
I'm a fan of RPGs. I started with Final Fantasy and branched into other series. My favourites are Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Final Fantasy (well, the ones before XII) and The Witcher 2.
I got into FPSs fairly late, and started with Halo 2, then started playing older titles to educate myself
